back with the recollections of last nite's performance.


shangri-la is damn nice. the toilets' like even larger than my bedrm. with lotsa mirrot. terribly glaring. but still.. really posh. however, the kitchen's like entering another world altogether. u need to see to know..haha. oh! then the waitresses arh. wear long skirts but their slits damn high! haha. anyway, we spent much of the time in the holding rm which is actually one of the smaller ballrms which is actually not that small. first we had some dry-run den it was free time. played musical chairs with the guitar 3 ppl. which is like...SO dumb. haa..while some of the guys playing fortune-telling. and natt got paired with anxian! 0.0 lol..natt always get bullied. den played abit of bridge but we nv got far. cos for the first game..i dunno how i dealt the cards but somehow after playing awhile, i ended up with 1 card, joel 3 cards den finian and anxian with 2. den the 2nd game, teacher came in. :S den mr ng showed off his skills which is wow, breath-taking. cavatina, asturias, starbust. natt must jiayou and do guitar 1 proud! wheee. so proud of my SL. den we also had some spontaneous ensemble-like thingy. its was really cool. actually it was just guitar 1, dom on guitar 5 and munfong on guitar 4. den everyone started joining in. played the ensemble pieces which was well..that 3. den we had strum-and-sing sessions. mr chan and mr ng joined in. everyone was amazed by how high mr chan pulled his string for wonderful tonight. haha.


then the real performance itself. think it was quite well done. i think lar. there was this lady in table 1 who was damn nice. she just stopped eating and turned arnd to smile at us when we entered the stage. and many others too. everything was over in 5min. we had debrief. was super tired but we still gotta walk al the way out. thankfully natt was entertaining me. thanks bro. and the crazy 3 guitar 2 guys, wad bangbangbang with their guitars and music stands. took mrt with ziying, adeline, anxian, chiawei and tiff. me, ziying and chiawei took the pasir ris-bound train. reached home at bout 10+, with 2 music stands in my bag, 1 music stand, 1 guitar. bathed den slept all the way after that.
