hey! yesterday was damn shiok man..went tunglok restaurant to celebrate third uncle's birthday. actually we intended to go parkway to buy present for him but due to 'unforeseen' (actually i already mom wld take a long time to bathe :\) circumstances we couldn't. and then didn't know how to get to the restaurant so we just took a cab and then so suay..got this cabby who didn't noe the way lol she drove to bedok then turned back. blah..save the details lar. dad couldn't go cos haix. mom and dad still unoeunoe. back to tunglok seafood gallery. aunt serene had already gone in with her family. we went in and saw them at the table. passed yijin her(MINE erhem.) jeri jingle bird puppet. then she just amused herself with it while mom talked to aunt and uncle. eldest uncle and 'family' was even later. he was finding trouble to park his car. so we just waited for him. boy was it exciting..cos i'd never seen eldest uncle, his wife and my 3 cousins before..in the end, it was only him and my eldes cousin who's like 21 already, chengyan. okok. he's shuai. he just broke camp or sthing.

think uncle was quite pissed off with his wife cos she cooked altho there was a dinner at restaurant yesterday nite. it was more of a come-together party for my mom, and her brothers. chengyan looked troubled and was like really, really quiet. guess ns life must have been hard for him..or he's like super scared of his dad or wad. serene was tending yijin. and me and my sis, well..we just ate lar. haha. then eldest uncle was like complaining bout his daughter..sec1 got bf liao. then kiss in sch cpd somemore. its like woah..then the sch chase her like criminal liddat..so poor thing..anyway. to the tunglok food. we ate the buffet style one, except that it wasn't like any other buffet. not really like eat-all-u-can. they only took out the dishes when u ordered them, just that there was unlimited servin except for some. we ate sharkfins, fresh oysters, steamed prawns(though i ate like only a tail???), frid chicken, sashimi salmon, porkribs, ostrich meat, fried fish, steamed fish, wad else???? i can't remember lar. and oh yes, the deserts. damn delicious..the icecream puffs, icecream in the nuomi dessert, guilinggao, oh haha, and almond paste dessert we ate like 10 bowls?! that's like crazy lar..and i wasn't one of them k.

overall, i think this family gathering was enjoyable except the fact that maybe chengyan didn't enjoy too much..he kept mostly to him, nodding to wad uncles had to say. but still, he's damn shuai. and damn, he has nicer complexion than me!! bleah. we stayed at the restaurant to bout 10+ then 3rd uncle sent us home cos he stayed in marine parade. then we were like bidding farewell to eldest cousin and chengyan. i seriously think he thinks me and my sis are anti-social lor. cos its like i was waving bye to my uncle then frm the corner of my eye he was like going to say bye to us but didn't cos we weren't even looking his way. LOL. ppl shy wad..*puke. anyway..the car was damn cramped though its like mercz duno wad class lar. huge and comfy. cos yijin took like one seat to herself(cos of the infant seat) then aunt, me and sis cramped behind while mom took front seat. then they were talkingtalking. then uncle talked bout taking me in as god-daughter. lol~ wadeva lar. i don't really care.
